Inconel 601/2.4851/UNS N06601
Inconel 601 has resistance to various forms of corrosion at high temperature and oxidization. However Inconel 601 has an addition of aluminum which give it high mechanical properties even in extremely hot environments.
Inconel 601 is used for industrial furnaces, radiant tubes, themocouple tubes, heat treatment equipments, baskets, petrochemical process equipments and aircraft components.
